Every organisation is different – but one thing almost all have in common is the need for costs certainty.  The costs of support will, by definition, depend very much on what you need – but the principles will always be the same:

​

• Wherever we can agree a sufficiently clear scope of work between us, you will be offered a fixed fee.

​

• Where we can’t, the uncertain bit of the scope of work will be charged at a clear day or half-day rate.

​

• Volume discounts will be applied where relevant.

​

• If your budget won’t cover what you’ve asked for, we will work with you to refine the scope of work to suit your budget.
